The One With The Contest Entry: Lamson, Form IV

Myself on my opinion.  After  finishing form four.  I like to be educational officer.  Because there are some measures when it is taken can lead to the improvement of education in our country.  There are some problems which facing the development of education in our country.  Most of the people (children) lack education because parents refuse to send them to school.  And others lack education because they do not know the importance of school.  And parents fail to pay school fees and to buy uniform is another problems.  If I finishing form four and getting university education I like to be educational officer so as to do the following

To ensure that every child should go to school in our society there are some children who are not getting primary education.  This is because their parents do not send them to school.  Because they are unable to buy uniform, books, exercise books and other importance materials.

To advise the governments to build a laboratory room and good library in every school so as to enable students to get easily learning materials.  Because the most causes of droping performance of students is the absence of library and laboratory.  So if I will be in position as an education officer I will advise the government to build laboratory and library in every school.

To support orphans and poor family to want the aid in world banks and other different institutions.  This is because most of people can not get education or go to school because of money.  Also the lack of family care lead some one to fun from school.  So when I have been in position I will gave the parents and students about the importance of education.

I like to be educational officer for the aim of ensuring every school to have all kinds of teachers.  Because there are some school like Kafule Secondary which lacks teachers especially in science subjects.  I like to be educational officer to ensure the presence of every kind of teachers in our given schools.

If I will be educational officer can remove hard punishment to students like beating students more than four strokes.  Because beating students is a source of dropping out in school and fail of students.  Beating lead some one to enter in our class because they fear to beat.  So the best solution is to give them advise and doing exercise than beating them like theif.

Therefore after the above reasons which influence me to be an educational officer after finishing form four.  Also there are some problems which led students to fail.  Most of them are poor participation in class, hard punishment, and lack of teacher especially in science subjects.
